Required Qualification & Experience
- 3-year diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrument etc.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience for DAE students.
- Fresh BS Tech/ BSc Engineering students can apply for these posts.
Important Note:
- Possess experience in operating gas processing / petrochemical plant or refinery such as gas turbines, centrifugal and PD compressors, diesel engines, air compressors, centrifugal / reciprocating pumps, boilers operation, power utilities and gas purification and dehydration units.
- Possess experience of scheduled/ breakdown maintenance of gas processing/ petrochemical plants relating to electrical and electronics instruments and equipment, including DCS, PLC, ESD, F&G, metering systems, including GC, analyzers, smart pressure transmitters, control valves and their positioners/actuators, vibration monitoring systems, pneumatic control units and control panels / devices.
- Experience on DCS / PLC control systems would be an added advantage.
- Able to trouble shoot process deviations and handle plant field emergencies during operations/upset
- Possess knowledge of process safety, hazard identification and risk control techniques.
- Able to follow company procedures, work instructions and vendor instruction manuals when executing maintenance activities
- Capable of applying approved standards and best practices to ensure reliability and integrity of electrical and instrument systems.
- Experience on Computerized Maintenance Management System would be an added advantage.
